How do I update my contact information?

You can update your contact information by submitting the online form located below or by emailing Blalockorchard10@gmail.com 

While we don’t recommend turning off your water service for temporary absences, you should ensure all fixtures are off and consider shutting off your main water valve. Remember that billing continues even when water isn’t being used.

Water assessments are billed thru the Walla Walla Treasurer in their yearly property tax assessments in December for the next year.  Blalock Water District does not bill residents directly.
